Chase Cove is a pet-friendly community where cats and dogs are welcome! We allow a maximum of 2 pets per household and pet rent is $30 per pet per month. There is a one-time pet fee of $350 for one pet and $600 for two. There is no weight limit for dogs. Please reach out to the leasing office for questions about pets other than cats and dogs.
A pet profile (with PetScreening) and agreement must be completed for each pet. This process will include a Digital Pet Passport for each of the members of your pet family! Your groomers, walkers, and pet-friendly vacation spots will all appreciate you being able to share your pet records in an instant with them.
